Press release of Aug 24 2017

On Thursday, August 24 comes officially out the brand new videoclip of Bad Blues Quartet, the Sardinian band composed by Eleonora Usala (voice), Federico Valenti (guitar), Simone Arca (bass) e Frank Stara (drums). "Nureci" (this is the title of the new single), is taken from the album "Bad Blues Quartet", a work recorded at Metropolitan Studios by Monserrato with the executive production of Massimo Satta and Luca Picciau, officially presented on 1 June at the FBI Club of Quartu Sant'Elena.

The video was filmed in the village of Nureci, in the province of Oristano, with the clear intention of describing the essence and genuine and sincere spirit of its people. For the occasion, in fact, there were so many Nureces who decided to lend their faces to the project. The video was made by Doitforthemonster and is available on YouTube, Facebook and Vimeo.

THE VIDEO - "Nureci is a small Sardinian town to which we are very much related, and for this reason we decided to give it a tribute. Animated by this will, we chose the most significant points of the village, its most representative streets and murals that made it an ideal scenario for us. We have met many of the nureces, we talked to them about our project, asking them to participate. We had the pleasure of resuming the country's historical memoirs like Zia Antonia Marongiu, the centenary Ziu Cicciu and his wife Zia Pietrina Lai who has hosted us and welcomed us in their house, and other people have suddenly been involved, stopping them in the street like the Musu sisters: Alessia, Michela and Simona, then the long time friends, Christian, Tiziano and Fabio, those who from the first year welcomed us in the magic town of Nureci made possible to shoot the video and make this collaboration possible. Or also like Celestino and his billiard-bar, the kids who were obviously the most enthusiastic and naturally enjoyed playing "with the radios, small tools that allow us to watch the world with the hearing."
